We are very excited to announce the launch of our newly designed website. In the past couple of months we have worked hard to not only create a renewed style for Koramic2Engage but to also prepare our organisation for our new commercial strategy. As the Benelux expert in customer contact, it’s important to make information about our unique customer contact solutions available and share our extensive expertise with the market. Let us take you on journey from the start of the change to the launch of our redesigned website today.
Koramic2Engage in the Benelux region
At the beginning of this year, we made the choice to apply a new commercial approach for Koramic2Engage. Instead of approaching the market in terms of our different brands (In2com, Call-IT, IPG & ContactExpert), we decided to emphasise a commercial approach via our group brand Koramic2Engage.
To reinforce this new way of working, we set up a shared service backoffice department Koramic2Engage that supports our individual brands and created a new governance model to strengthen the relationship between the operating companies.
This way we create overall synergy and transparency, as well as enabling us to share best practices within our organisations even more rapidly.
We would also like to clarify that In2com, Call-IT, IPG & ContactExpert will continue to exist with their own unique identities within the group. This way we can offer our clients a wide array of not only customer contact solutions, but also ways of working based on the client’s choice.
To further strengthen the commercial aspect of Koramic2Engage, we have been renewing the brand for several months now. From e-mail signatures and new corporate presentations to a new soft positioning model and template, culminating in the launch of our newly designed website today.
Our goal with this new website is to rethink our digital presence. Since Koramic2Engage is no longer just a group name but a commercial brand we have changed the portal site into a powerful website where (potential) clients, shareholders and employees can find the necessary information for their goals.
We have updated the look and feel to be more in line with our evolution towards transparency, light and speed. We changed our UI to be more intuitive and made the website fast, with few distractions and easy-to-use options to get in touch.
This website not only serves as an online meeting point for organisations looking for the best customer experience, both human and digital; but it’s also the introduction to our company, our history and our sub-brands.
To top it all off, we also wanted to share our experience in customer contact interactions. From digital news to investing in human development, from artificial intelligence to coaching… All of this and more is & will be incorporated in the news section. So be sure to check regularly for new updates.
